High economic efficiency
mC11 (germany maN d20) engine has a very wide area of low oil consumption and large torque, the engine speed from
1000 rpm to 1400rpm belong to the economic rotation speed region. The minimum specific fuel consumption is only
186 g/kw / h, which is 5% lower than domestic similar engines; The internal mileage of the engine oil change can reach
80000 kilometers, which can help the customers save the oil costs 15000 rmB/year/vehicle; Zftransmission’s oilsaving performance is excellent, it is designed by full synchronizer, speed ratio range is wide and differential is small, the
transmission efficiency increases by 3% – 8% than the domestic similar products; mCy13 drive axle (german maN 13 ton
single reduction axle) has high transmission efficiency and low speed ratio ability, its minimum speed ratio can reach 2.85;
The original german maN technology goes through strict wind tunnel test and can effectively reduce rolling resistance and
wind resistance.
High security
The double-steel plate whole welding technology combined with superglue technology are used in the cabin head cover,
side wall and rear wall. Besides long member, there is still reinforced cross member in the floor, all of which makes the cabin
body’s stiffness and strengthens high. The hollow-out design of the inner plate helps reduce the weight, and it satisfies the
safety standard of eCer29 in europe’s truck cabin.
The vehicle adopts engine exhaust valve brake (eVB), it reduces the brake times on the long downhill path, lowers the
abrasion of the brake, increases tires’ life and makes the brake more safe. The front axle adopts disc brake, equipped
with combo of aBs+asr+eBl+Tpm, and it improves the brake efficiency. The powerful electronic management system
(BCu+VCu) ensures the safety of the driver.
